BitTorrent Now
BitTorrent Now is a peer-to-peer audio/video streaming platform for independent musicians and filmmakers to share their work. The Network has played host to projects from Madonna, comedian David Cross and Radiohead's Thom Yorke as well as a host of smaller, independent artists.
My Role
● Managed a team of 2 designers and served as the main product liaison between design, engineering and executive stakeholders.
● Worked on a scrum team with a PM, a team of developers (back-end, front-end, iOS, tvOS, Android, Testing) and two junior product designers. I served as scrum master for the team.
● Led the creation of IA, Wireframes, Prototypes, and final UI for iOS, tvOS and Android.
Outcomes
● iOS, Android, Apple TV and Website had 3MM Monthly Active Users.
